Russian tsarist secret police mug shot and file on Joseph Stalin (listed as "I.V. Stalin"), 1911.  Stalin was an active revolutionary.  He was an "Old Bolshevik," meaning that he was part of the Bolshevik Party prior to the 1917 Russian Revolution.
