This is a bazaar in Kabul, Afghanistan.  Clothing, jewelry, sculptures, and handicrafts are on display.  Kabul is the capital city of Afghanistan.  Bazaars (open-air markets) are a frequent sight in the Muslim world.  Afghanistan played a major role in the Silk Road trading networks of the ancient and medieval world.
