Clowns are confusing. Their smiles are too big and their feet are too darn obnoxious. I don't like how they sneak up to surprise you—it's not a fun surprise. Their happy paint looks sad if you stare too long. At the circus, I liked the tigers and the trapeze much better. I'll take the cotton candy, but the clown can keep his squirting flower far away from me.
