This geometric coloring page presents a neat insight into geometric shapes and design. Although it may not seem clear at first glance, this design is in a checkerboard pattern. A checkerboard pattern can be created with any set of superimposed closed shapes. The only rule is that, while lines cross one another, they can never bump into one another. Try coloring this sheet. Then try creating your own with shapes of your choice.
