Our Lady of Mount Carmel Monastery (or Our Lady of Mount Carmel Convent) was founded by French Carmelite nuns in 1892 atop Mount Carmel in what is now Haifa, Israel.

Mount Carmel is famous for its beauty, and as the site where the Old Testament prophet Elijah slayed a priest of Baal.
